ENTJs are strategic leaders who are always keen to find solutions to challenges in their workplaces and communities. While they can be charming, charismatic and unafraid to speak their minds, ENTJ personalities can also be victims of their strongest traits.
If they don’t check themselves, ENTJs can come across as blunt, arrogant and emotionally distant. This means ENTJs can miss out on making deeper connections with people and opening themselves up to other ways of thinking and being.
Even the strongest characters can suffer from insecurity and imposter syndrome. Confidence is not something that’s fixed or guaranteed; in fact, for most people, confidence can ebb and flow.
This means that feelings of inadequacy and uncertainty can affect anyone, including ENTJ personalities who are known for their competence and take-charge attitude.
Productivity has become a hot topic in recent years. With the shift to remote working, more businesses are looking at ways to make their workforce as productive as possible, even when they’re not in the office. And outside of the workplace, people are looking for ways to manage their ever-busier lives, without resorting to caffeine or missing out on a couple of hours of sleep each night.
For Extraverts, alone time can be a scary prospect.
While most people are comfortable spending short periods of time alone, it can be hard to get used to being alone if you’ve always surrounded yourself with people. Whether it’s friends, family or city crowds, the contrast is still the same. When you’re on your own, you can feel very alone.
If you’re working on spending more time alone and getting comfortable with alone time, these 10 tips and ideas are for you.

Impatience is often viewed as a negative personality trait, associated with irritability, agitation and restlessness.
But is impatience always a bad thing?
In the case of ENTJ personality types, their natural impatience can be both a vice and a virtue. And it’s part of what makes the personality type unique.
When we talk, we give clues about ourselves. From the way we speak to how long we hold eye contact for, we all drop hints and clues about our personality type every time we open our mouths.
While personality type is very individualized, there are some patterns that can tell you about someone’s personality type from the way they speak. You probably won’t get a detailed reading of someone just by talking to them for a short time, but you can get a pretty good idea of some key character traits that dominate their personality.
Wait. What? Isn’t this backwards? If you did a double-take when you read this headline, you’re probably not alone. Most of us are used to hearing that Introverts need to be more extraverted to have the advantage at work. But, could the opposite sometimes be true?
The ENTJ and INTP personality types are often described as a great love match. They have a wide range of personality traits in common and that makes them really fascinating people to know, talk to and work with. When you put these two types together, something really interesting happens. They bring out the best in each other’s intellectual, logical and adventurous personalities, creating a dynamic and challenging combination where sparks fly.
ENTJs are notoriously decisive, direct, individualistic and driven. That doesn’t change just because they’re working in teams.
An ENTJ will always naturally take the lead in a team setting, even if they’re not the ones technically in charge. They can’t help but put themselves at the front of the pack, and they’re most engaged when they have the power to direct their team and be a key decision-maker.
On the flip side, they’re not the best at deferring to other people. This is where ENTJs can quickly get frustrated.
Navigating doubt is something that everyone has to go through at some point in their lives. For some of us, doubt is easier to overcome than for others. One thing’s for sure, doubt can be unsettling and even debilitating if you let it take over.
If you’re an ENTJ female, doubt can be especially difficult to deal with. You’re used to being self-confident and driven, and suddenly you’re faced with confusion and a fog of uncertainty.
